Supporting Your Grant Management Journey
The B2S Impact Process Improvement Grant provides $500 in funding to help member organizations strengthen their grant management process, whether through improved systems, training, tools, or workflows. This grant is available exclusively to B2S Impact members and is awarded once per year to support greater efficiency, compliance, and organizational readiness.
Application Windows:
• February 1 – March 30 (Awarded April 15)
To qualify for the B2S Impact Grant, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Applicant must be an active B2S Impact member at the time of application and award.
Organizations of any size or type may apply, including nonprofits, community groups, and mission-driven initiatives.
Applicants must describe how the $500 award will improve their grant management process, such as strengthening systems, tools, workflows, or readiness.
Only one application per organization is allowed per cycle.
Applicants must submit during an open application window:
February 1 – March 30 (Awarded April)
Winners receive $500 in funding plus a 30-minute grant management consultation.

This prepares them and reduces incomplete submissions.

The B2S Impact Grant Management Enhancement Grant provides $750 in funding to supports small and mid-sized nonprofits in strengthening their post-award grant management capacity. This grant focuses on helping organizations improve compliance, reporting, financial tracking, and internal systems after funding is awarded—areas where many organizations struggle due to limited staff, tools, or training.
Funds may be used to support grant management infrastructure, including systems setup, workflow development, staff training, reporting tools, and process improvements that reduce errors and increase sustainability. The goal is to help organizations manage existing grants more effectively, remain in good standing with funders, and build long-term capacity to steward funding responsibly.

Applications submitted outside these windows will not be reviewed.
Applications are reviewed after each submission window closes. Selections are based on clarity of need, alignment with grant purpose, and potential impact on your organization’s grant management process.
